Viking Stage Productions provides mobile staging, audio, lighting, and related event production services for concerts, festivals, corporate events, municipalities, private clients, and other engagements.
All services are subject to availability and may require a signed service agreement and deposit.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• A booking is not confirmed until a signed agreement and required deposit are received.
• Client is responsible for providing accurate event details including date, location, schedule, power availability, access conditions, and ground conditions.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing and /or contract.
• Final balance is due prior to or on event day unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may be subject to interest of 1.5% per month (or maximum allowed by law).

• Cancellations within 30 days of the event may require payment of up to 100% of the contract value.
• Postponements are subject to availability and may incur rescheduling fees.

Client must ensure:
• Adequate access for trucks and trailers
• Firm, level, and stable ground
• Sufficient power or approved generators
• Safe working environment free from hazards
If conditions are unsafe, Company may refuse setup or halt services without refund.

Outdoor events are subject to weather risks. Client acknowledges that high winds, lightning, flooding, or severe weather may require shutdown for safety.
Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by acts of God, government orders, labor disputes, equipment failure beyond reasonable control, or other force majeure events.

Services beyond contracted hours are billed at standard overtime rates.
Client-caused delays (late access, schedule changes, etc.) may incur additional charges.

ll equipment remains the property of Company.
Client is responsible for loss or damage caused by attendees, performers, vendors, or staff not employed by Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Company for the specific event.

Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the event, except where caused by Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All website content, logos, images, and text are owned by Company and may not be copied or used without written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within South Carolina.
